LODGING CONVENTION GROUP RATES

The convention is located at the Lancaster Host Resort & Conference Center (see below) in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA.

Besides the convention hotel, other hotels/motels in the Lancaster area have been contacted to secure blocks of rooms along with group rates for Cold Wars 2011. Details have only been arranged with the following hotels/motels (besides the convention hotel) listed below, and thus Highly Recommended. Note that rates listed below do not include 11% tax.

Important: Room blocks will only be secured until February 8th, so make plans now and book early! When reserving a room with any of the following hotels/motels, you must say that you are with "COLD WARS (March 8-11, 2012)" or give the Group Code below, to ensure you get the group rates. Note that rates should also be honored 1-2 days prior or after the convention as well.
